The 5 Languages of Love :D

[Hey guys! Its me, Sandra! So weird eh? Seldom see me posting here. Lol, anyway I am gonna post here! And I didn't tell Yi An. Haha, make it a surprise for her xD Anyway back to serious business...]

Today is Mother's Day! And we had a "Honour your parents" service in Speedlight :D
For the sermon, Brother Pacer talked about The Five Languages of Love. And I realised my mother sure did all those! Guess every mum's like that? Haha, look and see for yourself :)

The FIVE languages of love are:

- Words of Affirmation
- Gift-giving
- Acts of service
- Physical Touch
- Quality Time

Yah so, if you think 'Yes! My mother did all those!' Go give your mum a hug or something. Haha. Its their day anyway :)

Anyway, Brother Pacer told us a really touching story. Hmm, once there was a boy who was a baseball-fanatic. And his father knew he was. So his father told all his friends to keep a lookout for him if there was any free baseball matches, like in schools. Yah and his dad took him to every single one of the matches [What a nice dad, yea?]

And one fine day, the boy got into the school's baseball team! Now, that was a real surprise because he was weak and couldn't play the sport very well. But anyway yes he got in. And at every one of the school's match, he stood at the stand with his father [His father goes to every one of his matches although he didn't play!] to watch the people play.

And one day, one of the pitchers was sick and tus, absent. The boy took his place. Then he looked around to see if his dad was at the stand, and he was not. They boy was nervous. He took the bat and...he hit a homerun! Happy he was! His teammates carried him on their shoulders jubilantly.

The coach had saw all those and he called the boy and asked, "How did you do that?" Then the boy smiled and replied, "My father gave me the strength." And the coach said, " But I did not see your father here today." So the boy replied, "Coach, there is one thing you don't know. That is, my father is blind."

What a nice story right? I hope this story has made you think that you should be grateful for parents yup? =)

So, till next week, take care, smile, God bless & bye! :D
