Topic: Attacking enemy strongholds through ministry (Brother Pacer)

Scriptual Ref. : John 10:10, James 4:7 and 1 Peter 5:8

- Ministry is meeting the needs of others.
- Everything we do in church should add up to meeting another person's need.
- Satan attacks all the time.- We cannot win the battle if we do not attack.

Point to remember: So to push away the darkness,we should help people.

What we did for cg today
Okay people, the trip to sentosa has been cancelled. Please take note. By the way, the debate is over! Yay! Yup, so now you learn that inner beauty is much more important than outer beauty, right? Its stated in the bible too.

Okay...today we talked about the various departments we have in cell, so all of you should be clear of which department you are in right? Okay, there are 7 departments now and take note on what u suppose to do, k? And yup, about the new buddy system. Each month you will have new buddies. And we have to share something that we know about our buddy at the end of the month.

Also I have a good news for all of you! WE HAVE A HSE FOR CG! Yeah! God has provided a house for cg! He has answered our prayers! God is great and wonderful! Thank Him in ur own personal time. :) No more mosquitoes bites or people to criticise us an most importantly, no more dirty floor! XP Yay! The house is at BLK 738 on the 12th floor. =D

Yup so that's all. Take care, God bless and bye!

Topic: No compromising (Brother Pacer)

Scriptural Ref.: Gal 5:9 (A little yeast works through the whole batch of dough) That means little things do make a difference!

- Everything we do matters to God, even the smallest thing. (Matthew 25:21 His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!)
- Little things in life do make a BIG difference.
- Definition of Compromise: to know what is the right thing to do, but instead, make a conscious decision to go below what is right.
- What you hear can be a trap to your heart and soul!

Point to remember: Do not sin your conscience for anybody, a little makes a difference, what God thinks about you is more important than what others think about you.

Topic: What will you give to the King? (Brother Pacer)

Scriptural Ref.: 2 Cor 9:7 (...God loves a cheerful giver), Acts 20:35 (...it is more blessed to give than to receive), Rom 12:1 (...a living sacrifice...)

- To give means you need to sacrifice
- The key 'ingredient' to giving is willingness.
- Giving is the willingness to sacrifice.

What does 'Living sacrifice' mean?
- To sacrifice or give up what we want or desire to do,
- And just do what God wants and requires of us.

Point to remember: So,the answer to the question (What will you give to the King?) is....Our heart!

Topic: Walking on tight rope (Pastor Chee)

Scriptual Ref.: John 6:66, Joshua 1:9 (Be strong and courageous, do not be terrified,do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will always be with you.)

Joke: There is a teenage boy whom came back in the wee hours of the morning. And the next morning (a Sunday), his mum told him to him to go to church. He was very relunctant as he was very tired so he asked his mum for 3 reasons why he should go.
His mum said:
1st, i'm ur mum.
2nd, you are not a baby, you do not need me to carry you there, you can walk urself.
3rd, you are a youth pastor and you got to be there!!

So, likewise, we are speedlighters! We have to go to speedlight! Amen?
- Know where u stand.
- Hang on in whatever you do, 'cause the Lord is with you!
- Just hold on to Jesus. =)

Point to remember: Never give up. The Lord is always guiding you.

THE GOOD NEWS...
The good news today is that CARREN'S GRANDFATHER ACCEPTED CHRIST! YEAH! And he has been reading the bible since then! Praise the Lord! :D Let's pray that his faith in God will grow, okay? And..we were praying for him in cg before he accepted Christ..so God has answered our prayers! See, God is so amazing! Isn't He? :)

This week's Speedlight..

Okay, now I shall tell you about what happened during Speedlight today. I really enjoyed watching the video. I'm sure many of you were touched right? The story goes like this...

A 22 year old guy, Nick, has no limbs. Picture him in ur mind...no hands and no legs. Only a head, a body and 2 toes. Can you imagine that? He wriggles around to walk and has to take much effort to do that. For us, we can walk a step in a second or even faster. Think about that.

Now, he believes in God and God had gave him the passion to live. Amazing, isn't it? He even has a DOUBLE DEGREE!! And has set many goals for himself..! He even preaches in churches, telling people about his testimony, his life and how he had trusted God all the way.

So from this lesson, we have learnt to trust God more. Remember, everything God does has a purpose. You may take some time to reflect and ponder about it. Okay, this is the end of Sandra's account. =) God bless, take care and byeee. (:

(I searched about him on the web just now. Phew! I finally got his website after 3 long searches, but anyway, yeah. His website is www.lifewithoutlimbs.org. I could not find the video :( But if I find it, I will put the link here. :) Non-christians, please visit. Its really very touching.)
